- Previous warehouse or order-picking experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and follow pick tickets, work orders, and shipping documents.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer or RF scanner experience is a plus.
