Print Machine Operator

Overview:

• Set up and operate printing machines according to job specifications and production schedules.
• Load paper, ink, plates, and other materials into printing equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality output.
• Inspect printed materials for color accuracy, alignment, and overall quality.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and transporting finished products as needed.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous manufacturing, production, or printing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
