Job Specifics: We are looking for a full-time nurse to do 1:1 staffing, in-home care, for a case located near the Greenville, SC, for a total of 20 hours weekly.

This position is for an in-home care nurse, with a 1:1 nurse to patient ratio.
Compensation (Hourly): $35.00-$40.00/hr
Hours: Friday and Saturday, from 8pm-8am

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the healthcare plan for assigned patient according to physician's instructions
- Provide personalized care including bathing, grooming, and assistance with daily activities
- Monitor vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate records
- Check for signs of infection, bedsores, and wounds, and provide appropriate care
- Educate and advise caregivers in the household on patient care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare personnel to develop and improve the patient's healthcare plan
- Provide palliative care as needed to ensure patient comfort and well-being
Knowledge and Experience:
- Understanding of nursing principles and practices
- Compassion and empathy for patients and their families
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Peg Tube/G-Tube Experience
- Trach/Vent experience (1 year experience required)
Requirements:
- CPR/BLS Certified (Required)
- Valid In-State Nursing License (RN) or Multi-State License (MSL) in Nursing (Required)
