This includes direct care such as administering medications, monitoring vital signs, providing wound care, and educating caregivers. RNs collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a high standard of care, comfort, and safety for patients, including those with specialized needs such as G-tubes or ventilators.

Key Responsibilities
- Healthcare Plan Management:
- Execute patient care plans as directed by the attending physician.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance care strategies.
- Personalized Care:
- Assist patients with bathing, grooming, and daily living activities.
- Deliver palliative care to ensure patient comfort and dignity.
- Vital Sign Monitoring:
- Regularly check and document vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse).
- Observe for changes and report concerns promptly.
- Medication Administration:
- Administer prescribed medications accurately
- Maintain detailed medication records
- Wound and Infection Care:
- Monitor and treat bedsores, wounds, and signs of infection.
- Apply appropriate care techniques to prevent complications.
- Caregiver Education and Support:
- Instruct household caregivers on patient care best practices.
- Serve as a point of reference for ongoing in-home care questions.
- Experience with Peg Tube/G-Tube care.
- Experience with Trach/Vent support.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Experience: Minimum one year of nursing experience.
- Valid In-State or Multi-State RN license.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Current TB test.
Salary : $30 - $40
