Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Location: Connecticut | Farmington Office
Pay: $79,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
Employment Type: Full Time
Work Location: In-person, office, and field-based
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (eligible for overtime per applicable law)
Sign-On Bonus Available
Eligible BCBAs will receive a sign-on bonus as part of our growth initiatives.
Bonus amount and full terms will be provided in the offer letter.

Position Summary
We are seeking a Lead BCBA to provide clinical leadership and oversight of ABA services across Connecticut, including treatment planning, staff supervision, and collaboration with families and care teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs
- Supervise RBTs and ABA therapists
- Provide caregiver training
- Monitor progress and adjust plans
- Ensure compliant documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Support onboarding and clinical quality
- Provide direct services as needed
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in a related field
- 1–2 years ABA experience preferred
- Experience with autism/IDD populations
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within CT
