What You'll Own
- Oversee daily operations across service, installation, and admin teams
- Build and improve workflows, processes, and internal systems
- Drive revenue growth through KPIs, accountability, and performance tracking
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members and department heads
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
- Improve job costing, margins, and operational efficiency
- Ensure strong customer experience and service standards

Required Qualifications
- 5 years of leadership or operations management experience
- Strong background in service-based or mechanical industries (HVAC preferred)
- Proven ability to build teams and improve performance
- Experience with KPIs, financials, and operational strategy
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
