POSITION SUMMARY
As a Boat Buyer/Broker, you will act as a liaison between buyers and sellers in the marine industry. You will be responsible for facilitating the purchase and sale of boats, ensuring both parties' needs are met efficiently and effectively. Your role will include evaluating boats, negotiating deals, managing documentation, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Negotiate terms and prices between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Handle offers, counteroffers, and final agreements professionally. | |
Organize and conduct boat showings and demonstrations for prospective buyers. | |
Build and maintain relationships with boat owners, dealers, and other industry professionals. | |
Effective utilization of sales tools, including OneWater Buyer/Broker Processes and CRM | |
Monitors the boat progression through service through inspection and delivery. Provide exceptional service to clients throughout the buying or selling process. Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. | |
Actively participates in Boat Shows, Store and Off-site sales and customer events. |

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
