Remote Account Manager - Mortgage Processing (Michigan Preferred)

Job Description:

OneTouch Processing is seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you'll grow and support our broker partnerships. You'll call mortgage broker shops to bring them on as processing clients, serve as their main point of contact, and help their clients get files started the right way. We are a high-performing company known for elite service and some of the fastest closings in the industry. This position offers the flexibility of remote work with a strong preference for candidates based in Michigan due to licensing advantages.

Responsibilities:

• Call mortgage broker shops from a provided list to introduce OneTouch Processing and win new processing clients
• Build and manage relationships with brokers and loan officers as their main point of contact
• Track calls, follow-ups and new accounts, and keep the pipeline moving
• Work with our broker partners' clients to complete their loan applications
• Collect and review initial documents, and follow up until the file is complete
• Pre-qualify clients when needed and set up the beginning of the file before handoff to processing
• Keep brokers, loan officers and our team updated on file status

Requirements:

• Experience in mortgage sales, account management, or a client-facing mortgage role
• Comfortable making outbound calls and building lasting broker relationships
• Clear, friendly communication by phone, text, and email
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts remotely
• Experience with Encompass, LendingPad, Arive, Sonar, or similar loan origination software preferred
