Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer (Remote)

Ease Mortgage is growing, and we’re looking for experienced, licensed Mortgage Loan Officers who want provided leads, real benefits, and a supportive team behind them! This is a fully remote position with employee benefits!

You focus on borrowers and closings. We help keep your pipeline full and support you every step of the way!

What You’ll Do

• Reach out to provided leads and prospective borrowers by phone, email, and text
• Build strong relationships with borrowers and referral partners
• Review borrower financials and recommend the right purchase and refinance programs
• Guide clients from application through approval and closing
• Manage your pipeline and keep clients informed throughout the loan process
• Partner with processors, underwriters, and support staff for smooth closings
• Stay compliant with all applicable mortgage lending requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Active NMLS license
• 1 year of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or Loan Originator
• Strong communication skills and a client first approach
• Self motivated and organized, comfortable working remotely
• Experience managing a pipeline from application to closing
