The Opportunity
We’re hiring experienced, motivated Loan Officers to join our Tennessee team as W2 employees. If you want the flexibility to shop the market for every borrower along with the stability of a salaried team environment and leadership committed to your growth, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
- Guide borrowers through the entire loan process, from initial consultation to funding
- Identify the right loan solution for each client across our network of wholesale lenders
- Manage a well organized pipeline using Bonzo, ARIVE, and our proprietary HQ performance dashboard
- Deliver a consistent, professional experience from start to finish
- Grow long term relationships with past clients and referral partners
What You Bring
- 1 to 2 years or more of mortgage origination experience
- Active NMLS license with Tennessee licensure, or the ability to obtain it promptly
- Working knowledge of agency, government, and non QM loan programs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- A self directed, accountable approach and a drive to keep growing
