- Base Pay: $15 hr.

- 6 checks per month: Weekly bonus payouts plus bi-weekly hourly pay checks!
- Take inbound and make outbound calls to potential and existing customers promoting products and services
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to boost sales
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Previous sales or call center experience preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a fast-paced sales environment
- Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking during calls
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week schedule, with overtime opportunities!
