- Identifying sales opportunities and closing deals through consultative selling techniques
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with the team to consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment
- Strong verbal communication skills and confident phone presence
- Previous sales or call center experience preferred, especially with Verizon or telecommunications industry
- Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively
- Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus
