- Utilizing strong communication skills to effectively promote our services and drive sales
- Accurately processing customer orders and providing exceptional follow-up to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborating with team members to continuously improve customer experience and sales strategies
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while handling challenges that arise
- 1 years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Previous call center experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals willing to learn!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple systems and manage data efficiently
