What You'll Do
✔ Lead all nursing operations and clinical services
✔ Inspire, mentor, and develop nursing staff
✔ Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness

What We're Looking For
🔹 Current Washington RN License
🔹 3–5 years of nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or long-term care
🔹 Strong knowledge of CMS, OBRA, and regulatory compliance requirements
🔹 Proven ability to lead teams, improve outcomes, and build a positive workplace culture
🔹 Passion for resident-centered care and staff development
