Job Description Medical Assistant (MA) Downtown Atlanta, GA Overview: Our growing healthcare team near Downtown Atlanta is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant (MA) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical environment. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences through collaborative back-office clinical support. Position Offers: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM, with paid lunch Competitive compensation: $21-24 per hour (DOE) Health and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Sick Time Off (STO) 401(k) benefits Supportive and professional team environment Opportunity for long-term career growth Key Responsibilities: Obtain and document patient vital signs Prepare and maintain exam rooms for patient visits Organize clinical supplies and support daily back-office operations Answer patient calls and assist with inquiries Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments Process medical records requests accurately and efficiently Support providers and clinical staff while maintaining organized workflows Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of back-office Medical Assistant experience EPIC EMR experience strongly preferred Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Commitment to delivering excellent patient care, with the ability to work independently in a clinical setting Why Join Us: Our team values professionalism, collaboration, and compassionate patient care.
