Job Description Medical Assistant (MA) Location: Columbus, OH Overview: Our healthcare team is seeking a motivated Medical Assistant, welcoming both new graduates and experienced candidates. This role supports daily clinical operations by assisting with patient care, preparing exam rooms, managing documentation, and supporting administrative tasks in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Position Offers: Monday-Friday schedule Competitive compensation: $20.00-$23.00 per hour DOE Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays $150 scrub allowance Shoe insert reimbursement On-the-job training provided Key Responsibilities: Room and prepare patients for appointments Clean and maintain patient rooms between visits Start and update patient chart notes accurately Fax paperwork and medical documentation as needed Assist with daily clinical and administrative workflows Maintain organized and sanitary work areas Support patient care under provider direction Learn and assist with sterilization procedures and equipment preparation Qualifications: Medical Assistant certification New graduates encouraged to apply Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a clinical environment Professional and dependable work ethic Why Join Us: Join our supportive healthcare team where training, growth, and patient care are prioritized
