You’ll be at the heart of it all — from email investigations to coordinating with cruise lines and shipboard doctors.🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:Answer emails from staff, cruise lines, and guests — your inbox will be your command center.Team up with onboard doctors to support crew medical claims and repatriation cases.Dig into guest and crew claims like a detective, gathering info and assessing coverage.Manage databases, process payments, and keep everything shipshape.Take initiative with other tasks your manager might toss your way (no two days are the same)!🎓 What You Bring to the Table:AA Degree or strong experience in lieu of a degree.2 years in guest or crew maritime claims?
