- Experience with high volume or multi-state payroll
Responsibilities:
- Perform weekly audits to ensure accurate setup of all new hires and maintain up-to-date employee payroll records, including timely processing of change
- Calculate and process final wages for terminated employees
- Process biweekly payroll for a high-volume, multistate workforce, including running off-cycle payrolls for terminations as needed
- Promptly review and respond to emails regarding terminations and employees compensation changes
- Handle payroll-related inquiries, employment verifications, and wage requests promptly while maintaining strict confidentiality
Salary : $55,000 - $58,000
