OneSparQ is looking for a Low Voltage Inspector in Houston, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Check in with customers and on-site contacts upon arrival.
- Perform camera, CCTV, and security system inspections throughout the Houston area.
- Inspect devices and equipment for physical damage, defects, or deficiencies.
- Identify and accurately document any deficiencies found during inspections.
- Utilize the company’s building reporting program to complete and submit inspection reports.
- Properly tag fire alarm devices and equipment according to inspection requirements.
- Communicate professionally with customers while working on-site.
Required Skills:
- 2 years of experience with access control, CCTV, security inspections, and burglar alarm systems
- Currently obtains TOPS (Texas Online Private Security) License
Additional Skills:
- Experience with sprinkler and fire alarm systems
- Experience using Builder Reports or similar inspection/reporting software
- Experience with Honeywell, DNP, or Bosch systems
- Obtains Texas FAL (Fire Alarm License)
- Obtains RMEI ( Responsible Managing Employee – General Inspector)
