Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process client invoices based on contract terms and project activity
- Support project setup and maintenance within the accounting system
- Coordinate with project managers to gather billing information and supporting documentation
- Maintain project and billing records with a high degree of accuracy
- Track invoice status and assist with follow-up activities as needed
- Review project-related documentation and support financial reporting processes
- Assist with accounts receivable and collection follow-up
- Provide general administrative and accounting support to the project and finance teams
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in billing, accounting, project accounting, or related administrative support
- Experience working in a project-based business environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems
