Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary Care Physician to deliver high-quality healthcare services to our community. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive and preventative care to patients, addressing both acute and chronic health conditions.
- Coordinate patient care and outcomes, including effective communication with specialists, hospital providers, and care teams.
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients’ medical conditions, while providing education and health promotion.
- Participate in clinical meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and risk management programs to support patient health and organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- MD in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
- Active and unrestricted MD license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 1-year clinical experience in geriatric, adult, or family practice settings.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
- Current DEA registration for Schedule II–V controlled substances.
