As a Practice Supervisor, you'll serve as a Practice Manager in Training, leading daily clinic operations, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring an outstanding patient experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare leader who is passionate about operational excellence, team development, and making a meaningful impact.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and staff performance
- Support provider scheduling, staffing, workflow management, and patient experience
- Coach, develop, and engage team members while fostering OnePeak's culture and values
- Resolve employee and patient concerns professionally and efficiently
- Monitor clinic productivity, inventory, scheduling, timecards, and compliance
- Partner with leadership to execute strategic initiatives and operational goals
- Provide hands-on support to front and back office teams as needed
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience (primary care preferred)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Medical Assistant experience strongly preferred
- CMA, CPT, or Associate degree in a medical field preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally between clinic locations
Compensation
$52,275 - $61,500 annually
