We are seeking a fun, dedicated Chiropractic Assistant to join our team! This position is full time, you would be required to work Monday-Thursday 8 am-12:30pm & 1:30 pm-5:30 pm. Fridays off!!
As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our chiropractors and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional patient service, YOU MUST ENJOY WORKING WITH PEOPLE! Taking X-Rays, scheduling patients, answering phones, going over care plans with patients, assisting with patient therapies, assisting the doctor. YOU MUST BE TRAINABLE, as we run a great system/flow that you HAVE to be willing to follow!
**This is not a "receptionist" type position, we are looking for someone with a High-spirited personality who is willing to be on their feet moving!**
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Assist with patient assessments and examinations
- Explain patient treatment plans
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing payments
- Keep treatment rooms and office space clean and organized
- Adhere to clinic policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
- Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively & professionally
- Must be dependable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to stand on your feet for the majority of the work shift
