Chiropractor

Hanson Chiropractic is looking for a motivated, wellness-minded Doctor of Chiropractic to join our team as we expand into new locations, beginning with Bethany, Oklahoma.

This is an opportunity for a chiropractor who wants more than a traditional associate position. We are looking for someone who is interested in learning, building relationships within the community, helping patients regain their life back, and working toward the opportunity to be a leader a new office and enjoying being a Chiropractor thats successful all the while having a team behind them.

You will join our existing team and receive hands-on training and mentorship from our experienced chiropractors, who brings 30 years of combined experience. We will provide the staff, systems, and training needed to operate the new location, allowing you to focus on patient care, marketing, community outreach, and practice growth.

What You'll Do

• Provide quality chiropractic care and build strong relationships with patients.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to increase awareness of Hanson Chiropractic and attract new patients.
• Build relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and referral sources.
• Participate in community events, outreach opportunities, and educational presentations.
• Learn and implement marketing strategies with training and support from our team.
• Help develop a strong patient base and establish a presence in the community.
• Work toward taking on greater responsibility as we prepare to open and grow additional locations.

What We Provide

• Base pay plus uncapped bonus potential based on location profitability. We will pay as you grow unlike the other places that promise this but will never allow to happen (we all know who they are)

Who We're Looking For

We want a chiropractor who is motivated, dependable, personable, and excited about helping a practice grow NOT someone thats fresh out of school.

The ideal candidate:

• Holds a Oklahoma chiropractic license and malpractice insurance.
• Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Is comfortable meeting new people and representing the practice in the community.
• Is willing to participate in marketing activities and learn new strategies.
• Takes initiative, accepts coaching, and follows through on goals.
• Wants to grow with a team and is interested in future leadership opportunities.

Previous marketing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Our goal is to expand Hanson Chiropractic into additional locations while maintaining the quality of care and patient experience our practice values. We are known in the surrounding states and we want to make it easier for patients to receive the same care they have known while providing a opportunity for that care to be hours closer to them. The Hanson brand is well know and sought after. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of that growth from the beginning.
