ONEflight International is looking for a career-minded individual. We are looking for a poised and professional front desk assistant who will be the company's first point of contact. This is an entry level position with the opportunity for advancement. This incumbent will be responsible for the following:
Primary Responsibilities
- Uses customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information. Greets callers, establishes rapport, and projects professional tone.
- Route calls to specific people.
- Answer inquiries about the company.
- Typing reports, notes, and spreadsheets utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ordering of all office supplies
- Faxing and emailing communication using Microsoft Outlook
- Scanning, copying, filing, Federal Express, UPS and DHL packages as well as arranging for pickups
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
- Ensure reception area is tidy.
- Coordinate office activities.
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Job Requirement
- High School Diploma required or GED
- Minimum 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience
REQUIRED
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Ideal candidate will have - strong work ethic, highly organized, attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Outgoing, hospitable nature and whatever-it-takes attitude
- Poised, professional with outstanding communication skills (strong grammar, composition, spelling and punctuation skills)
- Able to prioritize in fast paced environment and friendly, outgoing and able to juggle multiple activities
- Good time management skills
- Effective and efficient telephone, written and electronic communication skills
- Excellent customer service telephone skills
- Good analytical abilities
- Strong knowledge of general office procedures and office equipment
- Stable work history- will not consider candidates who have been job hoppers or have done extensive temporary work
