- Lead quality audits across manufacturing facilities to identify areas for improvement, ensure compliance, and verify adherence to applicable standards.
- Oversees preliminary part approval process including interpretation of blueprints and specifications to determine inspection standards.
- Oversee quality inspection and control processes, ensuring products meet specified requirements through rigorous testing and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality objectives, monitor key performance indicators, and drive corrective actions when necessary.
- Schedules work time for department.
- Ensure that staff are trained in quality assurance and systems requirements and procedures.
- Oversees calibration of machinery and instruments.
- Lead training sessions on quality systems, regulatory updates, and best practices for staff involved in manufacturing and quality control.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Management role within a manufacturing environment.
