Prominent full-service law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney for their growing Princeton New Jersey office. Ideal candidate will have 2 years of litigation experience in ANY of the following areas: General Liability, Construction Defect Litigation, Premises Liability, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Product Liability, Municipal, Medical Malpractice, Transportation, Auto, Professional Liability, Labor & Employment, Habitability, Tort, Insurance Defense, Environmental/Toxic Tort.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with some of the leading trial attorneys in the country! You will have ownership of your cases and have a diverse caseload.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned cases
- Handle cases from inception to conclusion
- Take and defend depositions
- Make court appearances
- Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery
Qualifications:
- Pre-trial experience
- Strong research and writing skills
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
- Licensed to practice and in good standing in New Jersey is required. Additional licenses in PA or NY is a plus!
Base Salary Range 125k-175k Monthly & Annual Bonuses Benefits Hybrid work schedule.
