Prominent defense law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney in California. Ideal candidate will have 7 years of Litigation experience in one or more of the following areas: General Liability, Product Liability, Construction Defect, Catastrophic Injury, Wrongful Death, Transportation/Trucking, Tort, Complex Commercial, Medical Malpractice, Premises Liability, Auto, Public Entity, Habitability, Personal Injury, Professional Liability, Employment, Civil Litigation, Municipal, Environmental/Toxic Tort, Insurance Defense.
Option to work fully remote or hybrid in any of their CA office locations.
Responsibilities:
- Attend depositions, court hearings and mediations
- Handle cases from inception to conclusion
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs
- Provide status reports and communicate with clients
Qualifications:
- Pre-trial and/or trial experience
- Strong research and writing skills
- 7 years of litigation experience
- Licensed to practice and in good standing in California
- Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions
Base Compensation Range 190k-225k DOE Bonus Benefits Hybrid/Fully Remote
