The Opportunity
Join our team as a Senior Accountant and play a key role in financial reporting, month-end close, payroll, and process improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead month-end close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Manage accounts payable, monitor receivables, and support treasury functions.
- Oversee payroll processing, reconciliations, and compliance activities.
- Maintain fixed asset accounting and support annual audits.
- Mentor accounting team members and help strengthen internal controls.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, automation, and process improvement projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 4 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Public accounting and industry experience.
- Sage Intacct and/or ADP Workforce Now experience.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in a growing, evolving organization.

Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
