Job Description
The Revenue Operations (RevOps) Director plays a key role in driving revenue growth by translating strategic goals into operational execution. This role focuses on developing and implementing initiatives to meet revenue targets by streamlining sales operations processes, enhancing reporting and analytics, and optimizing performance across the entire customer lifecycle—from lead generation through acquisition and retention.
Reporting directly to the EVP of Strategy, Marketing and Innovation, this position remains objective and data-driven, benefiting from a centralized reporting structure. The RevOps Director collaborates closely with Sales, Finance, and Leadership teams to ensure alignment, leveraging data insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.

Scope of Work
- Manage and optimize the revenue operations process, from lead generation to customer acquisition and retention
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, sales enablement and marketing teams to align to business objectives and targets and improve CRM pipeline reporting practice/adoption
- Use data and analytics to measure and improve performance, including tracking key metrics such as lead conversion, retention rates, sold position, pipeline coverage and gap analysis, monthly sales bookings by salesperson
- Closely collaborate and partner with Finance to improve accuracy of revenue forecasting using CRM supporting data, trend modeling, historical data.
- Create and develop sales tracking to goal/target/quota and translate and bridge to the financial forecast
- Manage the CRM and ensure system is maintained and utilized by the sales team with key focus on data integrity and process adoption and adherence.
- Ensure that the data collection is accurate and reliable. Implement processes for validating and cleaning data to maintain its integrity.
- Identify and resolve challenges and issues within the revenue operations process
- Provide training and support to team members on revenue operations best practices and CRM tool(s).
- 7 years in relevant sales and marketing operations roles with high-growth companies
- 7 years in a professional services role (Finance, project management, technical)
- Proven ability to navigate priorities between different business units within the organization, while keeping financial stewardship/acumen as top priority
- Demonstrated ability to be extremely adaptable and capable of handling a broad range of responsibilities that vary daily
- Strong communication skills, including ability to as a liaison between different areas of the business, including leadership.
- Demonstrated capability to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across departments. Effective collaboration and communication are essential for aligning revenue goals and driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Advanced Excel skills, in addition to Oracle NetSuite/PBCS/WorkDay experience/Hubspot/CRM.
- Ability and willingness to leverage the latest tools and technologies to optimize work processes and best practices.
