The Content Administrator manages the end-to-end lifecycle of content within the platform and partners with stakeholders to ensure best practices are followed.
- Manage, upload, and maintain files within the sales enablement platform
- Organize and optimize the content structure of the platform content center
- Ensure all content is accurate, current, and properly versioned
- Partner with internal teams and clients to support content best practices
- Support QA of AI-powered search results to improve accuracy and relevance
- Identify gaps or issues in content search and flag for improvement
- Run and interpret platform analytics and usage reports to inform best practices
- Track content performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Support ongoing platform governance and enforce content standards
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent technical certification
- 5 years of experience managing content for high-volume websites
- Experience with Adobe AEM or equivalent Content Management Systems
- Aptitude for analysis and QA testing
- Knowledge of PC operating systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat
- Detail-oriented with strong editorial, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proven customer-focused communication skills
- Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and collaborate effectively across teams
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and multiple deliverables
- Experience with file management, including file movement, security, and access controls
