One of the most critical members of the agency's Executive Leadership Team, this role provides: vital support to agency-wide youth & family programs: office management; and direct support to the CEO. Responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing for meetings and events, managing internal/external communications, developing and maintaining efficient office systems. The successful candidate is flexible and highly organized.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- At least four years related experience
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
- Own reliable transportation
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
- Technology Fluent: Microsoft Office, Constant Contacts, Google Drive, CRM)

- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Exceptional customer service skills in person, over the phone and virtually

Responsibilities
- Event/Program planning support
- Communications, Newsletters, Social Media Management
- Manage, schedule and coordinate CEO meetings and travel
- Record detailed meeting minutes
- Assist in the preparation of meetings/reports
- Develop and maintain efficient office filing/financial system
- Update and maintain agency policies and procedures
- Order office/program supplies and manage inventory
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and guests
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $38,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
