Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High School Diploma
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects or assist clients with mobility limitations
- Familiarity with electronic documentation systems for recording client information
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and support to individuals in group homes and assisted living facilities.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Observe and report changes in clients' conditions to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and provide first aid when necessary.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and their families through effective communication.
