E-BIKE COURIER (Manhattan)
Starting Pay: $19.50/hr.
JOB DUTIES:
• Deliver packages and orders using an e-bike throughout New York City
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
• Use mobile applications and delivery technology to manage routes and deliveries
• Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch teams
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
• Follow all company policies and delivery procedures
• Maintain professionalism while representing the company
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 1 year of e-bike delivery experience
• Minimum 1 year of delivery experience in New York City
• Strong communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile applications and delivery platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules efficiently
