One Two Six Design is hiring an experienced Home Staging Designer to join our fast-growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of the staging industry, can confidently manage staging planning and installations, and thrives in a high-volume environment. We are looking for a self-starter who takes initiative, works efficiently, and has prior experience in a professional staging company environment.
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute home staging projects throughout the Bay Area
• Prepare staging layouts and furniture/accessory selections for upcoming projects
• Efficiently execute staging installations while maintaining company standards
• Style homes using furniture, artwork, accessories, and soft goods
• Coordinate with movers and warehouse teams during staging days
• Ensure homes are photo-ready and installation timelines are met
• Maintain organization of staging inventory and accessories
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in home staging or interior styling
• Previous experience working in a professional staging company environment preferred
• Strong understanding of space planning and real estate presentation
• Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines and changing schedules
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Reliable transportation required
