About the Role
- One Two Six Design is looking for a creative, high-energy Staging Designer to join our growing team. As a Staging Designer, you are the visionary behind the transformation. You will turn empty properties into aspirational homes that buyers can’t wait to live in. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that combines interior design expertise with strategic real estate marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Vision: Develop comprehensive staging plans for diverse architectural styles, from modern condos to luxury estates.

- Inventory Selection: Carefully curate furniture, art, lighting, and accessories from our warehouse to create a cohesive and "on-trend" look for each property.

- On-Site Installation: Lead the staging team during "install days," overseeing the placement of furniture and adding the final decorative touches that make a space pop.

- Project Management: Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager and Appointment Designers to ensure all pieces arrive on-site and on time.

- Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current interior design trends and Bay Area real estate market demands.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven Design Eye: 2 years of experience in interior design, home staging, or visual merchandising.

- Spatial Awareness: Ability to look at a floor plan or empty room and instantly visualize the best furniture layout for flow and photography.
*
- Physical Ability: This is an active role. You must be comfortable being on your feet, lifting up to 30 lbs, and moving light decor/accessories throughout the day.

- Efficiency: Ability to work quickly under pressure to meet tight real estate deadlines.
*
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with our warehouse team, movers, and real estate agents.
