What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Staging Mover position at Calla Lily Home Staging?
We are seeking an experienced, dependable Home Staging Installer to join our growing team. This position is not entry-level. You must have prior home staging and moving experience, be highly reliable, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
In this role, you will load and unload trucks, lead installations, direct on-site crew members, and coordinate closely with the designer to ensure each project is completed accurately and on schedule. You will also manage removals, including properly shrink-wrapping and padding furniture for safe transport back to the warehouse or to the next project.
- Requirements (Must Have):
- Minimum 2 years of home staging and moving experience (required)
- Clean driving record and at least 2 years of driving moving trucks
- Dependable and punctual — this role requires consistent attendance and reliability
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under time pressure
- Proven leadership skills; capable of managing and motivating a small team
- Strong knowledge of furniture installation, placement, and logistics
- Must speak English; bilingual preferred
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow directions precisely
- Must have reliable personal transportation to and from the warehouse
- Schedule & Growth:
- Part-time or Full-time available
- Some weekends required
