What We Provide Zillow Preferred Seller Leads — Qualified seller opportunities delivered to you. No cold calling, no buying leads. Listing Agent Training — Pricing strategy, objection handling, seller consultations, and negotiation coaching. Full Backend Support — Marketing, admin, transaction coordination, and tech — all handled by the team. Proven Team Infrastructure — Connecticut's top-ranked real estate team. The systems are built. You plug in.
Responsibilities Conduct listing appointments with seller leads provided by the team Build and manage seller relationships from first contact through closing Price, market, and negotiate homes with confidence Deliver a high-touch seller experience Maintain professionalism and performance standards
Requirements Active Connecticut real estate license (required) Strong communication and consultative sales skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible schedule Coachable and committed to growth within a team structure
Compensation Benefits $48,000 – $196,000 annually Commission performance bonuses Flexible, self-directed schedule Ongoing training and coaching included Full team support (no solo-agent overhead)
