About Us
One Stop Injury Center Central is a personal injury-only chiropractic practice specializing in the treatment and recovery of patients injured in auto accidents and other personal injury incidents. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and patient-focused Certified Chiropractic Assistant (CA) to join our team full-time.
The ideal candidate is professional, personable, comfortable communicating with patients over the phone, and able to keep a busy chiropractic office running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide a professional, friendly experience.
- Assist the chiropractor with patient care and daily treatment operations.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient check-ins and check-outs.
- Answer incoming phone calls, communicate with patients, and handle scheduling inquiries professionally.
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records using ChiroTouch.
- Assist with patient intake paperwork and maintain organized patient files.
- Communicate with patients regarding appointments and treatment schedules.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked treatment areas.
- Assist with administrative duties related to personal injury cases.
- Help ensure efficient patient flow and excellent customer service throughout the day.
Required Qualifications
- Current Chiropractic Assistant (CA) certification required.
- Previous experience in a chiropractic office preferred.
- Familiarity with ChiroTouch is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable answering incoming calls and communicating professionally with patients.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and a team-oriented attitude.
What We're Looking For
We need someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of patient care, and can confidently handle both front-office responsibilities and day-to-day chiropractic office tasks. Experience with personal injury patients is a plus.
