Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using practice management software
- Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and co-pay collection
- Maintain accurate patient records and update intake forms
- Coordinate with chiropractors and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Manage front office administrative tasks including filing, faxing, and correspondence
- Front desk associate will also be trained and licensed as a Chiropractic Assistant
Requirements:
- Prior front desk, medical receptionist, or healthcare administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with medical billing, insurance verification, or chiropractic software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
- Positive, patient-focused attitude and professional appearance
- Team player attitude and community minded
