One-Stop Communications is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, working with numbers, and helping keep business processes running smoothly.
The Administrative Assistant will help with a variety of administrative and financial tasks including billing data entry, account reconciliation, and accounts receivable/payable entry.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry related to customer billing and account records
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable entry
- Support account reconciliation and record accuracy
- Maintain organized files and documentation
- Provide general administrative support for office operations
- Assist staff with account and billing information as needed
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage routine tasks
- Prior administrative or bookkeeping experience is a plus
- Confidentiality is a must due to the sensitive financial and customer information handled in this role
