After School With Purpose ABA Therapy

Join One Step Forward as an ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician and work one on one with children to help them build communication, social, behavioral, and everyday living skills.

We're currently growing our team in Keansburg and surrounding Monmouth County communities. This is an in home, part time ABA position with weekday afternoon and early evening cases.

Pay: $22–$32 per hour based on experience.

You'll have the independence of working one on one with your client while still having the guidance and support of an experienced BCBA and clinical team behind you.

Each child has an individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment program developed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You'll work directly with your client to:

• Provide one on one in home ABA therapy

• Build communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skills

• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs

• Follow individualized treatment goals and behavior plans

• Use ABA strategies such as reinforcement and prompting

• Collect session data to track progress

• Complete electronic session documentation

• Work closely with your supervising BCBA and communicate about client progress

• $22–$32 per hour based on experience

We're primarily hiring for weekday afternoon and early evening availability.

This is a part time position with ongoing after school cases. Consistent weekly availability is important so that children can receive continuity of care and you can build a strong working relationship with your client.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, professional, comfortable working one on one with children, and able to maintain a consistent schedule.

Reliable transportation is required for this in home position.
