What are the responsibilities and job description for the ABA Therapist- After School Hours position at Fundamental Development ABA, LLC?
After School Hours: Monday through Friday in the home setting working with an adorable 6 year old boy from 3:30-6:30. Total of 15 hours per week (M-F).
Who We Are? Fundamental Development ABA provides Applied Behavior Analysis to young children with autism with a focus on play-based learning and language development. We are a small BCBA owned and operated agency who put our staff and families first. You can count on care and support every step of the way.
Job Responsibilities:
*Providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in the areas of communication, social, play, and daily living skills with guidance from a BCBA.
* Working collaboratively with BCBA to ensure consistent and accurate follow through of treatment goals and strategies.
* Data collection marking child's progress including recording, summarizing, and graphing data and writing session notes.

Skills/Qualifications:
* Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, families, and team members.
* Must be passionate about working with children and making learning fun!
* Prior experience working with children with autism and disabilities.
* 6 months experience providing ABA therapy.
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
