You start by reviewing the day’s work orders, confirming specifications and sample verification. Then you set up and run Special Operations machinery and selected Open End die‑cut equipment. Throughout the shift, you load die‑cut paper stacks into the feeder, keep pace with machine speed, and pack finished envelopes uniformly and neatly.
Quality is your constant companion: you inspect output against our quality guidelines and repeatedly verify correct labeling, printing, and packaging during the run. You track accurate counts of envelopes per box, carton, and skid, and record labor, time, and quantities. When a paper jam appears, you clear it safely and assist with scheduled preventive maintenance. You wrap up with wash‑ups and routine cleaning—and pitch in on related tasks as needed.
