Machine Operator – Full Time
We are looking for a reliable Machine Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment
- Set up machines for production (calibration, cleaning, adjustments)
- Load raw materials or parts into machines
- Monitor machines to ensure they run efficiently
- Check finished products for quality using measuring tools
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Report equipment issues or malfunctions to supervisors
- Maintain basic production and quality records
Equipment Responsibilities:
- ENR1000: Perform blade changes, manage recipes, and adjust machine settings
- Epak Filler: Manage recipes, profiles, and machine settings
- Epak Capper: Perform machine adjustments as needed
- Perform CNS (Cleaning and Sanitation) of machines and work areas according to company procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operator experience preferred
- Experience with Cleaning and Sanitation (CNS) procedures is a plus
- Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Basic understanding of production procedures
- Ability to read instructions and follow procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
