One Planet Power is a residential solar brokerage based in San Diego. We work with top installers offering the best equipment and financing on the market. We're looking for experienced solar sales professionals who want to sell smarter, not harder.
We are looking for honest and consultative reps who know their stuff: rate structures, system design basics, financing products, and how to build real trust with homeowners.
What you'll do:
- Build proposals using the best equipment and financing for each customer's situation
- Educate homeowners on rate impacts, NEM, storage, and ROI
- Work closely with our team for smooth handoffs post-sale

Who we're looking for:
- Active solar sales professional in Southern California
- Solid grasp of NEM 2.0/3.0, TOU rates, and how storage factors into a proposal
- Confident running your own pipeline from lead to close
- Honest with customers, accurate on numbers, reliable to work with
- HIS License
Compensation: 1099 independent contractor, commission-based at competitive rates. We'll talk specifics on the first call.
