✅ Remote Patient Care Coordinator – Physical Therapy (Bilingual English/Spanish)
Job Summary
We are seeking a fully bilingual (English/Spanish), friendly, organized, and outgoing Patient Care Coordinator to join our Physical Therapy team. In this remote (at home) role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients through phone and digital platforms, delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support. Working from home, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients while supporting daily front-office operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
- Handle daily office emails, spreadsheets, documents, and reports for therapists and/or the company
- Register new patients and update electronic records as needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain the front desk calendar
- Coordinate appointments between patients and therapists
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing patient needs and concerns effectively
- Assist patients with the initial intake process and digital paperwork
- Verify health insurance information and ensure accurate data entry
- Follow up with patients and therapists before and after therapy sessions
- Communicate clearly and professionally with both patients and clinical staff
- Support the day-to-day operations of the remote front office with efficiency and care
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is a must – no exceptions
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace (no background noise or interruptions)
- Previous experience in a medical or therapy office setting is preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficient with technology and comfortable using CRMs and online/cloud-based management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service
