Position Summary
Gables Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated and compassionate full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work with both pediatric and adult populations across multiple settings, including a modern school environment, our Coral Gables outpatient clinic, and future community-based programs.

Responsibilities
* Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
* Provide pediatric physical therapy services in a modern school setting.
* Treat adult patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries in our outpatient clinic.
* Assist patients in improving strength, balance, mobility, flexibility, and functional independence.
* Accurately document daily treatment notes and patient progress.
* Collaborate with families, physicians, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members.
* Provide patient and caregiver education, including home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
* Maintain compliance with all state and practice documentation requirements.
* Participate in future growth opportunities, including pediatric home visits and corporate wellness programs.
Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
* Current Florida PTA license in good standing.
* Experience in pediatrics and/or orthopedics preferred but not required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent time management, organizational, and documentation skills.
* Ability to efficiently manage a schedule across multiple treatment settings.
* Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
