The Airport Concierge / Private Assisting Liaison at ONE-N-UNI delivers a luxury, white-glove airport experience designed to eliminate stress and elevate travel. This role is responsible for providing personalized Meet & Greet services at the airport, ensuring seamless navigation from curbside to gate—or gate to ground transportation.
At ONE-N-UNI, the Concierge must embody professionalism, discretion, and excellence while supporting VIP clients, families, elderly travelers, and individuals requiring specialized assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized Meet & Greet services for clients at designated airport locations (curbside, ticketing, gate, or arrivals)
- Escort clients through all airport processes including check-in, baggage handling, and security screening
- Coordinate closely with airline personnel, airport staff, and mobility service providers
- Monitor flight schedules in real time and proactively adjust services for delays, cancellations, or changes
- Facilitate additional services such as wheelchair assistance, lounge access, and porter services
- Ensure smooth connections for domestic and international travelers
- Provide attentive support to clients in need of assistance elderly passengers, and unaccompanied travelers
- Maintain a calm, solutions-oriented approach when handling unexpected travel disruptions
- Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion, especially when working with VIP or high-profile clients
- Represent ONE-N-UNI with professionalism, punctuality, and a polished appearance at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or aviation-related education preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, aviation, customer service, or concierge services
- Strong understanding of airport operations (experience at IAD or major airports preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain airport security credentials/badging
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
