We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor/Maintenance professional to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in commercial and residential settings.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, stripping, and waxing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Carry out custodial duties including restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are in good working condition.
- Handle industrial cleaning duties as required, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide porter services by maintaining the cleanliness of common areas and assisting with event setups as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is highly desirable.
- Experience in commercial cleaning environments is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of residential painting and facilities maintenance is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
