JOB SUMMARY
This position performs service, repair, installation and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and occasionally light commercial setting.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform system evaluations and explain solutions clearly to homeowners
- Use a structured process that helps you succeed (not scripts that make you sound robotic)
- Deliver a professional experience that builds trust—and repeat business
